NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that electronic sealed bids will be received on the Clark Regional Wastewater District Procurement Portal until 10:00 a.m., P.S.T. on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, for the 117th Street Pump Station Controls Replacement, Discovery Clean Water Alliance Project No. 93-2024-0065, and then publicly opened and read via a live Go-To-Meeting link at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. PROJECT SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION

This project will replace the existing variable frequency drives (VFDs) and upgrade the existing controls for the 117th Street Pump Station. The Work requires electrical installation and wiring up to 480VAC. All work will be in accordance with the Contract Plans and these Contract Provisions.

PROJECT LOCATION

This project is located at the west end of the Salmon Creek Regional Park/Klineline Pond parking lot (1112 NE 117th Street, Vancouver, WA 98685).

The Board of Sewer Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding, accept a proposal of the lowest responsible bidder, reject any or all bids, republish the call for bids, revise or cancel the work, or require the work to be done in another way if the best interest of the District is served. Award of contract is not anticipated to occur prior to Tuesday, July 8, 2025.

CONTRACT PROVISIONS, PLANS, AND BID PROPOSAL forms may be obtained by going to the District’s procurement portal https://mrscrosters.bonfirehub.com. Free vendor registration is required to use this platform. 

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 11:00 AM.  All participants shall meet at the at the west end of the Salmon Creek Regional Park/Klineline Pond parking lot (1112 NE 117th Street, Vancouver, WA 98685).

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the District.
