Notice is hereby given that separate sealed bids will be received by the City Manager, City of Longview, City Manager's Office, City Hall, up until 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 10, 2025 and then publicly opened and tabulated for the Cloney Park Storm Pipe Replacement project.  The project includes abandonment of 1925 LF of existing 54” storm pipe with cdf, installation of 790 LF of 30” pipe, 1075 LF of 12” pipe, storm water manholes and catch basin structures, associated concrete / asphalt pavement restoration, dewatering, traffic control, and any other incidental work necessary to complete the specified work in accordance with the contract plans, contract provisions and the standard specifications.

All work performed on this project will be subject to Washington State prevailing wage rates.

This project is funded in part by Washington State Public Works Board Agreement Number PE25-96103-002 using State funds.

Cash, cashier’s check, certified check and/or bid bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid price shall accompany all bids.

Bids must be sealed with the outside of the envelope boldly marked to indicate that it contains a sealed bid, the bid opening date, and the specific project involved.

All contractors must be licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business.
