Sealed bids will be received by the City of Camas Administration Services located at 616 NE 4th Ave, Camas WA, until 11:00 a.m. on March 6, 2024. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will then be opened and publicly read in the City Hall Council Chambers.

STATEMENT OF WORK

This contract covers work to be performed on 600 NW 18th Loop, Camas, Washington. This Contract provides for the removal and replacement of the existing 0.50 MG Lower Prune Hill No. 1 reservoir and construction of a new pump station. The Project includes clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, water and storm water conveyance, reservoir construction, pump station construction, drilled shafts, soldier pile walls, paving with HMA, site restoration, erosion control, walls, traffic control, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.

PRE-BID MEETING

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. The meeting will begin at the City Hall Annex (528 NE 4th Avenue, Camas Washington), and will be followed by a site visit to the project site. This pre-bid meeting is strongly recommended for all bidders wishing to submit a bid for this work and will be the only opportunity to view the locked site and facilities.
