The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA or the Authority) is seeking a qualified professional firm to perform a Critical Needs Assessment (CNA), Physical Needs Assessment (PNA), or Physical Condition Assessment (PCA) for each asset specified by the SHA and report the findings.
