On-Call Maintenance-Hole Rehabilitation Services, Olympia WA

REQUEST FOR pROPOSALS (rfp)

ON-CALL MAINTENANCE-HOLE (MANHOLE) REHABILITATION SERVICES

 

The City of Olympia Public Works Department is requesting proposals for on-call maintenance-hole rehabilitation services.

 

The work performed under this contract consists of rehabilitation and relining of concrete maintenance-holes and chemically sealing infiltration points. Rehabilitation shall include wall cleaning, grout patching and lining with Raven 405 Epoxy or equivalent. Work includes cleaning and preparation, patching of inflow and infiltration points, bypass or diversion of sewer flows, lining, traffic control, and all required incidentals and appurtenances to complete the work as specified. There is no guarantee of an authorized minimum or maximum quantity of maintenance-holes for rehabilitation under this contract. However, there is an anticipated two to four maintenance-hole rehabilitations per year.

 

The deadline for submission of proposals is Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. Earlier responses are welcome.

 

City of Olympia in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d--4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally-Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
