NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Purchasing in the Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance Office at the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham, WA 98225 for the following:

ON–CALL RENTAL RATES FOR CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT WITH OPERATOR,

PROJECT LABOR AND TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CONTROL

UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, June 4, 2019

at which time and place they will be publicly opened and the names of the submitters identified. Any interested people are invited to be present. Late bids will not be considered.

The intention of this bid is to obtain a list of on-call available construction equipment with operator, project labor, and temporary traffic control for various Whatcom County Public Works and Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District projects. Contractors entering into a contractual agreement as a result of this bid will be required to follow all Department of Labor & Industries reporting, including payment of Prevailing Wage Rates, as well as following all other public work requirements.
