Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County (KPUD) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified individuals and firms for On-Call Telecommunication Network Design Engineering Services relating to the BEAD (Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment) program for telecommunication/broadband projects. The consultant will provide design engineering services for BEAD funded telecommunication/broadband projects for KPUD on a short-term, quick turnaround basis that will allow KPUD to apply for funding with complete design packages meeting BEAD requirements and within BEAD determined timeframes. KPUD may select more than one firm to provide consulting services on an on-call basis.
