The City of Camas’ Parks & Recreation Department (City or P&R) is seeking a multidisciplinary consultant team to oversee the delivery and execution of a Citywide Sport Fields Plan (Plan). This Plan will evaluate the existing conditions and capacity of the system, provide recommendations for improving existing facilities, and identify strategies for adding capacity to meet the growing demand for sports facilities in Camas.

The City encourages qualifications from consultant teams (which may consist of a single firm or a team consisting of firms and/or individuals) with specialized expertise in parks and recreation, sports fields planning and design, landscape architecture, and public engagement.

The Plan will serve as a management tool for the City to efficiently and cost effectively maintain and enhance its existing fields and provide strategy for adding additional capacity to meet the growing demand. The Plan will complete field evaluations, assess use capacity, research best practices for levels of service, and the operations and maintenance (O&M) program, and develop strategies and implementation plans that will optimize existing fields, while providing a phased approach to adding capacity.

• City of Camas Professional Services Agreement form (for evaluation to determine company’s ability to meet content)
• Supplemental response materials and responses to Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) questions (as needed)
