The City of Camas (City) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consulting firms with water resource expertise to develop an assessment of the City’s wells based on Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) testing completed to date as well as final plans and specification for the design of a PFAS treatment system at Well 13.

A copy of the more detailed Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is posted on the City’s web site at https://www.cityofcamas.us/rfps. The posting will also include the following documents:

• City of Camas Professional Services Agreement form (for evaluation to determine company’s ability to meet content)
• Supplemental response materials and responses to Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) questions (as needed)
