ITB 2020-004, Casino Road Building Renovation

 

Sealed bids for the Casino Road Building Renovation project will be physically received by Community Transit until Exactly 10:00 a.m. PDT June 4, 2020, at the reception desk of Community Transit’s Administrative offices located at 7100 Hardeson Road, Everett, WA but no sooner than 9:30 a.m. as the doors will be locked.  Oral, telephonic, telegraphic or faxed bids will not be accepted.

 

This project consists of renovating an existing 70,000 SF, two-story, concrete tilt-up office building located on a 6 acre site at 2312 W. Casino Rd., Everett, WA including, but not limited to, new electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural upgrades, data center, lighting, A/V, communications, and all furniture and finishes.  Engineer’s estimated range is $21,000,000 - $25,000,000.

 

To view and download the Bid Documents, and any other documents or information regarding this solicitation, Vendors must self-register in Community Transit’s e-Procurement portal at:  https://www.communitytransit.org/about/procurement/vendorregistration.  After registering, go to the “Solicitations” tab, find the ITB number and click the “View” link; then click on the “Documents” subtab and download ITB 2020-004.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit will be held at the Casino Road Building, 2312 W. Casino Rd., Everett, WA at 10:00 a.m. PDT May 14, 2020.  Please see important details regarding this event in Division 00, Section 1-14 of the Bid Documents.

 

Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. PDT May 20, 2020 in accordance to the Bid Documents.

 

All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at approximately 10:01 a.m. in the Corporate Board Room of Community Transit adjacent to the reception desk.  While it is permissible to stay for the bid opening, in order to comply with “Stay Home, Stay Safe” order as much as possible, we request that you do not do so.   The Bid Opening Summary sheet will be posted online after the meeting.  Final results will be posted after reviews for bid responsiveness and bidder responsibility have been completed.
