Project Description:  The work consists of renovating an existing 70,000 SF, two-story, concrete tilt-up office building located on a 6 acre site at 2312 W. Casino Rd., Everett, WA including, but not limited to, new electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural upgrades, data center, lighting, A/V, communications, and all furniture and finishes.
