ESTIMATED COST:       $6,800,000 - $7,500,000 (Includes Schedule A through G and WSST)

BIDS DUE:                    August 28, 2018 – 2:00 PM

PRE-BID MEETING:      August 8, 2018 at 3:00 PM, in the Sandpiper Room located at the Port of Everett office, 1205 Craftsman Way, Suite 107, Everett, WA 98201.

Public notice is hereby given that the Port of Everett has issued a Request for Bids for the above-named project, with sealed bids due no later than the date and time given above. 

The Central Marina Improvements Phase 3 project will further the Port’s infrastructure improvements in the northeast corner of the Central Marina. This construction project includes the following: float demolition, maintenance dredging with upland and open-water disposal (clean sediments), float realignment, new monolithic concrete float, a tub-mounted aluminum framed grated dock, activity float improvements, pile removal and pile driving, new gangways, new security gates, concrete and guardrail finishes, and electrical work throughout.

This project contains funding from RCO Boating Infrastructure Grant (BIG) 16-1655D and is subject to the federal terms and conditions listed in the plans and specifications.
