THIS IS A PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT (PLA) PROJECT 

The project scope will include replacement or refurbishment of rooftop air handling equipment and associated penthouses, removal of ramp level air handling equipment including re-routing associated mechanical ducting, addition of smoke control and or smoke management infrastructure and systems, structural modifications, and emergency power upgrades.
