Request for Proposal – Modular Manufacture FOB On behalf of our client Synergy, Inc. is Requesting Bid Proposals for the enclosed CHS Shoreline Project in Shoreline, WA. The building plans and specifications you will be bidding from have been reviewed and approved by the AOR and developer per Prefab Logic's SPRINT Model. This bid is to be a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) price for the client to use as a data point to enter into a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the selected manufacturer. Final contract pricing will be done after initial state submittal and after Prefab Logic has completed the integrated model (per separate contract with selected manufacturer. Project Description: New mixed-use construction building with 1 story of basement parking garage, 1 story of commercial and residential community offices at street level and 4 stories of modular construction above the podium consisting of 100 residential unit apartments.
