Project No. WATER-2019-0004, Reservoir Cover Replacement Project

The project provides for the replacement of an existing potable water reservoir geomembrane liner,
weight tensioned geomembrane floating cover, and geomembrane baffle.

On-site construction Work shall be performed during summer 2022 period. Reservoir 2 outage and
commence on site construction is anticipated May 2, 2022 with September 5, 2022 reservoir return to
service date and September 15, 2022 substantial completion date.

The sealed bids will be received by the Public Works Department, second floor, City Hall, Aberdeen,
Washington, until 3:00 P.M. Wednesday March 2, 2022. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud
in the 1st floor lobby of City Hall immediately after Bid Closing
