The City of Bellingham (“City”) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) (Invitation No. 51B-2016) from consultants interested in providing professional design services to the City of Bellingham for the Orchard Drive Extension (Birchwood Ave) project (ES-0440).  Disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond.  Upon consideration of the submittals, the City will negotiate final terms with the selected party.   

Interested consultants should deliver four (4) copies of their SOQ to the Purchasing Office, 2221 Pacific St., Bellingham, WA 98229, no later than 11:00 a.m., PST, Wednesday September 16, 2020.  Submittals and their envelopes should be clearly marked with the name and address of the Proponent and should be marked “Orchard Drive Extension (Birchwood Ave), Bid No. 51B-2016".  DO NOT ADDRESS YOUR ENVELOPE TO AN INDIVIDUAL.
