City of Duvall2025 On-Call Consulting Services REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The City of Duvall’s is updating their on-call consultant list for a variety of disciplines. They are soliciting interest from firms to fill contracts for Civil Engineering Disciplines including, but not limited to, engineering plan review, environmental services and monitoring, general civil, sewer and wastewater, survey, transportation, water distribution, building review, environmental, hearing examiner, planning, arborists, tree maintenance, architectural, geotechnical and materials testing, and GIS Support.

If you are unable to obtain the RFQ package from the options listed above, please contact Gavin Harrold by e-mail or call at the contact information below.
The City is using Public Purchase to post, respond to inquiries, and accept submittals. To register with Public Purchase for free, go to the link provided below and follow the registration instructions under the section titled “Register for Free.” Proposals will be accepted in Public Purchase until 12:00 PM PDT on April 15, 2025.

The City reserves the right to amend the terms of this RFQ, to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses.
