2025 Pavement Overlay

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work in this contract includes edge or full width roadway planing, patching, base repairs, 2” Overlays, striping, utility adjustments and ADA ramp retrofits for approximately one quarter of a mile of roadway along NE Big Rock Road and a half mile of roadway along NE 144th St, an intersection improvement at 3rd Avenue NE and NE 163rd St, and other related activities as specified in the contract documents. This project is partially funded with TIB funds. The Work must be completed within 60 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed and/or the overlay shall be substantially completed by August 22, 2025, whichever is sooner.

RECEIPT OF BIDS: Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Duvall until 10:00 a.m. (as determined by the clock in the Clerk’s office) on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Bids may be delivered to City Hall, 15535 Main Street NE, Duvall, Washington 98019 or mailed to the mailing address of P.O. Box 1300, Duvall, Washington 98019. Bids mailed to the address set forth for delivery of Bids will not be delivered by the postal service. Any Bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered.

OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: The Contract Documents are available through the City of Duvall’s online plan room at http://bxwa.com. Contact Builders Exchange of Washington at (425) 258‑1303 should assistance be required.

BIDS TO REMAIN OPEN: The Bidder shall guarantee the total Bid price for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of Bid opening.
