2023 SIDEWALK FILL GAPS PROJECT

BID OPENING: Wednesday, October 18th 2023 TIME: 11:00 a.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the 2023 Sidewalk Fill Gap Project will be
received at the City of Enumclaw at 1309 Myrtle Avenue, Enumclaw, Washington 98022 until
11:00 a.m. on Wednesday October 18th, 2023. The scope includes the construction of frontage
improvements including, sidewalk, planter strip, curb and gutter, drainage and associated
improvements. Improvements will take place at various locations throughout the City of
Enumclaw, WA.

Bids must be ac companied by a certified check or bond, payable to the City of Enumclaw of not
less than 5% of the total bid. The public bid opening will be held at the City of Enumclaw City
Hall. Bid results will also be posted on the Builders Exchange website shortly after bid opening.
Free-of-charge access to project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders List)
is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com, Posted

Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Questions regarding the
project may be directed to Lance Talmadge at ltalmadge@ci.enumclaw.wa.us. No response will
be made to questions unless they are submitted in writing.
