City of Genesee - Water Resource Recovery Facility

Project description: 

Construction of a new water resource recovery facility to treat the wastewater of the City of Genesee.
The new treatment facilities include a new headworks system, three new lined HDPE aerated
treatment cells, a tertiary ammonia reduction system, an overland flow treatment system, and a slow
rate land application system. Associated with the treatment facilities are two new sewage lift stations
with respective force mains and collection system reconstruction and a new outfall to Cow Creek.

Areas of work: Electrical, piping and appurtenances, HVAC, concrete, asphalt, building materials, pumps, lagoon liner, aeration system and manholes.
