Second Street Grandview, WA 98930 The City of Grandview invites separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the COUNTRY PARK WELL - DRILLING, CASING, AND TESTING, DWSRF Project No. DWL27055, HLA Project No. 22149A including the following approximate major quantities of work: Construction of a new potable water well to provide a source of groundwater for municipal use. The well will be constructed to obtain the greatest possible yield (approximately 1,500 gpm) within the limits of well depth and diameter. The well will be drilled through unconsolidated and consolidated formations using rotary drilling methods. Well construction will include a surface seal, grouting, casing, well screen, development, disinfection, pumping tests, and site cleanup. This project also includes rehabilitation of an existing City well. This contract has one hundred fifty (150) working days to complete the work. Bids will be received by the City Clerk at City Hall, 207 W. Second Street, Grandview, WA 98930, until 1:00 p.m., February 15, 2023, and then shortly thereafter will be publicly opened and read aloud at the City Council Chambers located at 207 W.
