Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned Request for Qualifications (RFQ). This RFQ is to solicit qualifications from a firm to provide research, planning, real estate and economic analysis, and engineering and design services in support of evaluation and, if the evaluation appears favorable, development of procurement documents for the Central Kingsgate Stormwater CBP3 Evaluation Project.
