Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned Request for Qualifications (RFQ). This RFQ is to solicit qualifications from a developer to design, construct and potentially manage a new, two-story facility to be located on City-owned property at the former Houghton Park and Ride site located at 6920 NE 70th Place, Kirkland, WA 98033.
