Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to manage the collection of parking counts within the downtown area for a period of 6-months from July 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 to better understand parking capacity and turnover.
