Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned
Invitation for Bids (IFB). The material to be provided for this project consists of two
training props constructed from ISO containers. One structure shall simulate a
Townhouse style structure and the other a Mixed-Use style structure.

The City will not sell bid packages. The complete IFB, including all submittal
requirements, can be found on the City of Kirkland’s website at www.kirklandwa.gov.
