Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFP is to award grants to to organizations that serve communities on the Eastside that have historically experienced English and/or technology literacy barriers and been disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, including BIPOC, immigrants and refugees, persons living with disabilities, limited English speakers, and low-income populations.
