Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned
Invitation for Bids (IFB). The work to be performed for this project consists of furnishing
all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary for completion of the Remodeling of
the Space at the Former PCC in the Houghton Village Shopping Center project.

The complete IFB, including all submittal requirements, plans and specifications, can be
