City of Medical Lake, WA - Jefferson St. Water Main Replacement 2024

The proposed work includes:

The installation of 1,130 lineal feet of 8” C-900 pipe together with 7 gate valves, 1 fire hydrant, 3 existing system connections, 22 service connections, 16 meter assemblies & boxes, reconnections to existing services lines, 675 lineal feet of 1” service pipe, 300 tons of crushed surfacing, 135 tons of HMA repair, and 260 s.y. of sod repair. Also included is abandoning the existing water main, removing existing meters, traffic control, sprinkler system repairs, and fencing/landscape repairs along with various other incidentals.

Areas of work include: traffic control, piping and appurtenances, hydrants, sod, etc.
