PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  Includes sitework, tank seismic retrofits, reservoir access and telecommunication improvements, minor tank repairs, containment, surface prep, painting, piping,valves, and appurtenances, electrical and surface restoration. This project is subject to BUY AMERICAN requirements!!

PRICING REQUIREMENTS:  The Bid Form includes EIGHTEEN (18) Bid Items.  SEPARATE pricing is required for each Bid Item!!

WAGE REQUIREMENTS:  This project is subject to both federal Davis Bacon wage rates and WA State L&I prevailing wage rates.  Certified payroll will be required.
