City of Olympia - Dirtworks Gazebo Roof Replacement RFP

The City of Olympia (“City”) is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the Dirtworks Gazebo Roof Replacement project.  

The deadline for this RFP is 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 15, 2021.  Earlier responses are welcome. Only electronic proposals will be accepted.

The RFP document can be viewed on Builders Exchange of Washington’s website under City of Olympia – Goods and Services Category at www.bxwa.com by Wednesday, October 27, 2021.

Any questions regarding this Request for Proposals must be submitted via email to Mark Rains, Procurement and Records Specialist at mrains@ci.olympia.wa.us. Questions must be submitted 4:00 p.m., Monday November 8, 2021. Questions will be answered via an addendum. Proposer shall verify number of Addendums with Builders Exchange of Washington prior to proposal submission deadline by going online at www.bxwa.com.

Please note: if you obtain the RFP or bid documents through any other process, such as by public records request, you will NOT be added to the list of proposers/bidders and therefore, you will not receive bid addenda and other information sent to those who register as proposers/bidders.
