R&G Excavating, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified and certified DBE Subcontracting, Supplier and Equipment firms for various scopes of work including including Masonry, Metal Fabrication, Insulation,  Metal Roofing, Drywall Installation, Overhead Door Install, Painting, Fire Suppression, HVAC, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, ROCK SAWING, Paving, Chain Link Fencing and Gates, Steel Water Tank Construction,  

The Project’s Scope of Work includes upsizing and replacing an existin g8-inch cast iron water main currenlty serving the Pendleton Airport Area, Construction of a new water reservoir to proivde new storage to the city's gravity water pressure zone, Construction of a New airport booster station on the reservoir site, Improvements to Old Airport Road, and Construction of perimeter fencing around the reservoir and booster station sites.
