The City of Poulsbo Public Works Division is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide professional architectural and engineering services for the design of the Public Works (PW) Maintenance and Operations Facility. Electronic submittals are due to the City on 7/10/2025 by 2:00pm.

The selected firm will assist the city in value engineering the schematic design, right sizing for projected needs, preparation of permit documents, plans, specifications, and estimate of cost.  The initial contract will be for design services, however, at the City’s discretion, it may be amended or expanded to include bid support services and construction administration or other required services to complete the project.  For the detailed RFP, visit the City’s website at  https://cityofpoulsbo.com/engineering-notices/
