Active Construction is soliciting for bids from DBE vendors for work on the Rainier Ave S Corridor Improvements - Phase 4 for City of Renton. This project currently bids on September 29, 2022 at 1:00 PM PST.

This project provides for the improvement of Rainier Ave S Corridor from SW Sunset Blvd to 175’ south of NW 3rd Place. The Work includes but is not limited to: temporary erosion and water pollution control; traffic control; pavement removal; new traffic signal systems, illumination, storm drainage, curb, gutter, sidewalks, irrigation, planters, and urban design amenities. Also included are installation of sewer and water lines; joint utility trench and franchise utility coordination; pavement grinding and asphalt paving; property restoration; installation of new channelization and permanent signing; and all other Work necessary to complete the Work as specified and shown in the Contract Provisions. 

The scopes we are looking for bids/quotes on are traffic control, demo, paving, landscaping, striping, electrical, concrete flatwork, precast structure supply, pipe supply, concrete supply, aggregate supply and delivery, rental trucking, dewatering, sawcutting, survey, vac truck, tv inspection, pipeline jetting, erosion control, masonry paving, urban design amenities, and site furnishings. This project has a DBE COA Goal of 18%.
