2025 Stormwater Pipe Repair and Small Drainage Projects

BIDS DUE by 2:00 p.m. on July 8, 2025

This project is located at various sites around the City and proposes to repair existing stormwater pipes and construction small drainage improvements. The estimated construction cost is $1,100,000 to $1,300,000. The time for physical completion of the Work is within 70 working days. Complete Contract Documents, including any issued Addenda, are posted on the City website at shorelinewa.gov/bidsandrfps. Contract Documents may also be obtained from Builder’s Exchange of Washington (BXWA) at bxwa.com.

The City of Shoreline, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
