City of Shoreline Bid No: 1271797 NSP 8TH AVE NW Project

The City of Shoreline is soliciting bids for the NSP 8th Ave NW project located at 8th Ave NW between NW 180th Street and Richmond Beach Road and proposes to construct sidewalk on the east side of the road as well as upgrade storm water facilities and a half street overlay. The estimated construction cost is $1,600,000 to $1,900,000. The time for physical completion of the Work is within 160 working days. Questions regarding this project may be emailed to bidquestions@shorelinewa.gov.  Phone calls shall not be accepted. Questions must be received by 5:00 p.m., on 6/27/2025.

Complete Contract Documents, including any issued Addenda, may be accessed on the City website at Shorelinewa.gov/bidsandrfps. Contract Documents may also be obtained from Builder’s Exchange of Washington (BXWA) at bxwa.com. It is recommended that Bidders sign up to receive notification of new additions on the City website and on BXWA to be notified of addendum or updates on this project. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to check for addenda and other new documents online.
