REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

RFQ 1291956 Citywide Stream Characterization and Habitat Study
Submit no later than March 26, 2025, 2:00 p.m. Pacific Local Time

Pursuant to RCW 39.80, the City of Shoreline, Washington, is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications from individuals or firms interested in providing services to create a Citywide Stream Characterization and Habitat Study which will review, assess, type, classify, characterize, and recommend priority habitat improvements on existing stream courses within the City of Shoreline, including collection of field data as needed. The available budget for the complete project is anticipated to be $425,000-$475,000.

The City of Shoreline, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
