City of Snohomish Solid Waste Collection RFP
PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Snohomish is seeking proposals from qualified firms for solid waste collection services. These services include single-family residential, multi-family and commercial garbage, recycling and organic waste collection, an alternative to include hazardous waste collection from the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the processing and marketing of collected recyclables and organic waste.
DURATION OF SERVICE
The term of the contract will be from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2031, with an option for two additional two-year extensions.

The City of Snohomish is not obligated to contract for the services specified in the RFP. The City reserves the right to retract this RFP in whole, or in part, and at any time without penalty.
