CONTRACT DURATION:  104 calendar days

WAGE REQUIREMENTS:  This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates.  Certified payroll will be required.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  Remove and replace the existing oil burning furnace and boilers with new VRF system and controls.  Upgrade electrical service to support the new mechanical load.  Work includes architectural repairs and modifications as indicated.  No changes to the building use, occupancy, or type are proposed.
