The City of Torrance seeks a Contractor to design, engineer, fabricate and deliver one (1) Regional Training Center Prop (Training Tower). The Training Tower shall be comprised of a 4 story “Tower Section” and a 2 story “Residential Section” that are interconnected. The Training Tower shall be able to provide for the training of collapse structure evolutions, rope rescue evolutions, confined space operations, hazardous materials operations, general firefighting operations, and rapid intervention operations. The scope of this project does not include the construction of footings or final assembly of the Training Tower components.
