Scope of work: The Work to be performed under this Contract includes construction of a new, fixed-cover Anaerobic Digester with associated mixing, heating, and gas handling appurtenances. Construction of a new 2-story Mechanical Building with basement for the housing of various equipment and storage will be part of the project scope. Associated equipment improvements will include a new boiler and heat exchanger, new rotary screen thickeners, electrical and control system improvements, relocating/replacing the plant non-potable water system, HVAC improvements for the existing solids handling building, and other piping, landscaping, and site improvements.
