City Of Woodland Pacific Avenue Sidewalk

CITY OF WOODLAND
PACIFIC AVENUE SIDEWALK
Sealed proposals for furnishing all materials, labor and equipment for the following described
work will be received by the City of Woodland Public Works Office at 230 Davidson Avenue,
Woodland, Washington 98674 until Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. At this time, the
sealed bids will be publicly opened and read. A contract will be awarded, or all bids rejected
within 45 days after the bid opening. Bids received after the fixed time for opening cannot be
considered.
All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check,
cashier’s check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such
bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory
performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be
forfeited to the City of Woodland.
City of Woodland reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waiver informalities in the
bidding.
Prospective bidders can view the contract documents for free through the online plan center link
at www.gibbs-olson.com or at www.ci.woodland.wa.us. Prospective bidders will need to join
QUESTCDN to purchase and download the contract documents for a required $22 nonrefundable
fee. Prospective bidders can locate and access the project directly from the
QUESTCDN website with the seven-digit QUESTCDN project number 9670467. Bids will not be
accepted from any prospective bidder who has not purchased contract documents through
QUESTCDN. Bidders should contact QUESTCDN at (952) 233-1632 or info@questcdn.com if
unable to join or access the documents online.

The City of Woodland hereby notifies all bidders that it is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative

The City of Woodland, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights
Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 US.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal
Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part
21, Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the Department of
Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will
affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement,
disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CRF Part 26 will be afforded full

against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an
award.
The improvements for which bids will be received are described below:
This Contract covers the improvement of sidewalk and driveways along Pacific Avenue
by replacing approximately 430 linear feet of sidewalk and driveways, the addition of 430

linear feet of new curb and gutter, a catch basin, and asphalt pavement repairs. The
project spans from the intersection of Pacific Avenue and Hoffman Street to
approximately 160 feet south of the intersection of Pacific Avenue and Dale Street.
