NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

Civic Center Annex Renovations

UNTIL:  2:30 PM Tuesday, November 3, 2020

At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened (live/virtual via GoToMeeting), and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to be present at the live bid opening via GoToMeeting, as more completely described herein. Late submittals will not be considered.

The Whatcom County Administrative Services, Facilities Management is requesting bids for Whatcom County Civic Center Annex Renovations, located in Bellingham, Washington. This project includes but is not limited to interior and exterior Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical work and new building HVAC and Fire Protection specialties involving Work at basement and roof, associated site work and other scope as described in the bid documents.

Each bidder must attend a mandatory pre-bid walk-through. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the walk-through must be scheduled by appointment only.
