Hoffman Construction Company, General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) for CKTP Solids and Liquids Hauled Waste Upgrades GC/CM Services project (“Project”) being performed for Kitsap County (“Owner”) requests qualifications for Bid Package: #1 EC/CM RFQ. 

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 29, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Central Kitsap Treatment Plant, 12351 Brownsville Highway NE, Poulsbo, WA  98370.  Proposers to park in the visitors parking area and meet in trailer marked with #2.  Although not mandatory, it is highly encouraged that all interested firms attend this meeting. 

Respond to each of the items in the criteria as set for in the Request for Qualifications in a clear and concise manner. Responses must be in the same order as listed, clearly separated with tabs and labeled by response. The Statement of Qualifications shall be in 8-1/2” x 11” format; one electronic copy (not exceeding 25MB in size) emailed in a single file to Bids@hoffmancorp.com no later than 2:00 p.m., September 17, 2024.  Please limit submittals to 20 pages maximum, (min 10 pt. font) excluding the cover letter, tabs and forms A, B & the Subcontractor/Vendor Questionnaire.  Double sided pages shall count as two pages.  Any questions regarding the RFQ should be directed to John Hamilton via email John-Hamilton@hoffmancorp.com

A completed Subcontractor/Vendor Questionnaire including latest year-end safety and financial information must accompany the proposal unless previously submitted.  Questionnaire may be attached as a separate file or submitted separately.  Elaborate proposals or the inclusion of non-essential information e.g. marketing/promotional material, safety manuals, resumes, etc. is strongly discouraged.  Proposals that are materially incomplete, do not include current Questionnaire with latest year-end safety and financial information (unless previously submitted), are directed to other locations or received after the bid deadline will not be considered.
