Description of Work: Project consists of a one story, Type II-B construction, engineered metal building with mezzanine, A-3,B and S-1 Occupancies, with fire sprinklers. Stage 1 – sitework, concrete, structural framework, and roof panels to be completed by August 1, 2024. Stage 2 – remainder of work, including concrete slab work for and interior work) to be completed by August 1, 2025.

Subcontractor/Supplier Opportunities Include (But not limited to): Demolition, concrete, steel, millwork, sheet metal flashing and roofing, doors, overhead doors, glazing, finishes, signage and specialties, fall protection, pe-engineered metal building, fire protections, mechanical, electrical, earthwork, fencing, utilities.
