Coe-Clemons Creek Culvert Replacement

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work in this contract includes the installation of a 3-sided box culvert and stream restoration of Coe-Clemons Creek at 3rd Ave NE and associated asphalt roadway restoration between NE Kennedy Drive and NE Taylor Street. The work also includes temporary stream bypass, earthwork, constructing retaining walls, curb and gutters, planters, and sidewalks. Other improvements include water main relocation, new storm drainage conveyance, illumination, irrigation, and other related activities as specified in the contract The Work must be completed within 140 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed.

RECEIPT OF BIDS: Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Duvall until 10:00 a.m. (as determined by the clock in the Clerk’s office) on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Bids may be delivered to City Hall, 15535 Main Street NE, Duvall, Washington 98019 or mailed to the mailing address of P.O. Box 1300, Duvall, Washington 98019. Bids mailed to the address set forth for delivery of Bids will not be delivered by the postal service. Any Bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered.

OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: The Contract Documents are available through the City of Duvall’s online plan room at http://bxwa.com. Contact Builders Exchange of Washington at (425) 258‑1303 should assistance be required.

BIDS TO REMAIN OPEN: The Bidder shall guarantee the total Bid price for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of Bid opening.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: All communications relating to the Project shall be directed to the following PROJECT REPRESENTATIVE prior to the opening of the Bids:
