EHA strongly recommends attendance at the pre-bid walkthroughs which will be held beginning at Evergreen Court at 10809 16^th Avenue, SE, Everett Washington 98201 on the April 3, 2019 at 10:00 AM, will proceed to Meadow Park 1611 128^th Street SW, Everett, WA 98204.

Please make arrangements to attend this walk through. Non-attendance on the part of the bidder shall not relieve the bidder of any responsibility for adherence to any provisions of this bid package or any addenda thereto.
