Contract description: The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award Statewide Contracts for eligible purchasers to acquire Agent Assisted Travel Services.

Through the Statewide Contracts established by this solicitation, Washington state agencies and other eligible purchasers may obtain contracted Agent Assisted Travel Services. Services offered by contractor shall include: travel reservations, issuance and delivery of E-tickets or paper tickets for air, rail or land transportation, reservations for lodging accommodations, coordinating automobile rental services, advice on necessary health requirements, (including types of inoculations and vaccinations whether required or suggested for foreign travel), and detailed travelers' itineraries.
