Whatcom County  Invitation to Bid - Bid # 19-28

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

Whatcom County Crisis Stabilization Facility
UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, July 23, 2019

At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All Bidders and any other interested people are invited to be present. Late submittals will not be considered.

The Whatcom County Administrative Services, Facilities Management is requesting bids for the Whatcom County Crisis Stabilization Facility project, located in Bellingham, Washington. This project includes but is not limited to the new construction of a 24,450 square foot single-story wood-framed building, together with associated civil and site development work, and other work as further described in the bid documents.

Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
