Provide construction management, construction engineering, inspection, document controls, and administration services. The project consists of full street reconstruction of Fourth from west of Washington Avenue to Washington Avenue. Work includes stormwater treatment improvements, site amenities, landscaping, festoon and roadway lighting and architectural elements. The construction contract will be let in Fall 2023. The construction period is approximately 70 working days and is anticipated to start Q1 2024 or Q2 2024.
