Fire Mountain Arts Council is accepting bids from qualified contractors for construction of the ADA-accessible addition to south end of Roxy Theater: 2-stories, 2802 sq ft, two adjacent sections. The scope of the project includes, but not limited to, the following, per plans and specifications: Site preparation; Construction of foundation, concrete floor, framing and insulation, siding, windows, and doors, TPO on 2-story roof; double layer torch-down on 1-story, plumbing (one sink), electrical, fire suppression, HVAC, finish work; Required inspections.

Bids to be mailed to Fire Mountain Arts Council, PO Box 781, Morton, WA 98356 or delivered to Roxy Theater, 233 W Main Ave, Morton, 6:00-6:30 pm January 19, 2023, prior to public bid opening at 7:00 pm.
